    Conveniently located next to Tofukuji train station, this large house has been fully renovated. Enjoy the traditional lifestyle of the people of Kyoto in full modern comfort and luxury. Convenient and pleasant for large group.

    With a large LDK (living dining kitchen), five bedrooms, and two bath rooms (in addition to two toilets), this is by far the largest one among our Kyoto Machiya houses. Air conditioning in every room, and with floor heating on the ground floor and radiators on the upper floor, you are sure to always feel comfortable.

    The house features 2 Japanese tatami mat bedrooms (sleeping on futon) and 2 Western-style bedrooms with double and single beds. In the large LDK, living dining kitchen room, we have a long dining table for up to 10 persons. On the ground floor, the house features a traditional wooden bathroom with bathtub/shower, and a shower room upstairs. There are two toilets, one on each floor.

    As our guests, you have unlimited access to super fast (optical fiber) internet access via Wi-Fi throughout the house., as well as unlimited movies with Netflix (or use the Blu-Ray Disk player) with the large (52 in) flat panel HDTV.

    The house has been decorated with old traditional Japanese art crafts for a more refined atmosphere. You'll appreciate the traditional way of living of the people of Kyoto and enjoy a unique cultural experience, with all the modern comfort you can wish for.
